Boutique solutions
to your technical
hardware problems.

We design, prototype, test and manufacture complex mechanical hardware, and provide manufacturing process development for demanding applications.

Tell us what you're making

You're probably here because —

You need something made that your usual vendors won't — or can't — take on.
The design works on paper, but making it is another story.
Something keeps cracking, failing, distorting or coming back wrong.
Your manufacturing process isn't working reliably, and you need someone who understands why.
You made one successfully. Now you need to figure out how to make it repeatedly.
You need a prototype, but it isn't a straightforward machining or fabrication job.
You need custom test hardware or a way to physically validate what you're developing.
The job crosses machining, welding, fabrication, assembly and outside processes — and you don't want to coordinate all of it yourself.
You need someone who understands both the design intent and what actually happens on the shop floor.
You have existing hardware that needs to be modified, repaired, reverse-engineered or made to work differently.
You know the outcome you need, but you don't have a finished solution or manufacturing plan yet.
You have a weird hardware problem and aren't entirely sure who normally solves it.

    What we do —

      What we do

      Design

We design complex mechanical hardware from concept through detailed CAD, with manufacturability built in from the start. Whether developing a new system or improving an existing design, we optimize for fit, function, integration, and production readiness.

      Prototype

We turn designs into working physical prototypes using machining, fabrication, tooling, and 3D printing. Then we test-fit, iterate, and refine until the hardware performs as intended in the real world.

      Test

We develop test hardware, fixtures, and complete validation programs to evaluate performance and uncover failure points. From instrumentation to destructive testing and qualification support, we help teams understand what works, what breaks, and what to improve.

      Manufacture

We produce specialized low-volume and repeat hardware, along with the processes needed to build it reliably. Our support includes production tooling, supplier coordination, inspection, traceability, and documentation for controlled manufacturing.

      Process Development

We develop and improve the manufacturing processes behind complex hardware — defining requirements, solving problems, and establishing repeatability for production. From parameter development to qualification support, we help teams build controlled, data-driven, production-ready processes.

Our mission is to extend the capabilities of your engineering team and make sure you get the hardware you set out to create.

Whatever stands between where your project is and where it needs to be, we bring the tools, deep expertise, and resourceful problem-solving you’re looking for in a technical partner.

      Aram Kurchian

      Meet the founder

      Aram Kurchian

Aram Kurchian has spent his career designing, building, testing and manufacturing hardware across aerospace, aviation, electrification, defense, motorsports, industrial equipment and advanced manufacturing. His work has included experimental aircraft and electric powertrains, battery systems, flight controls, rocket and defense hardware, welded structures, test equipment, manufacturing tooling, specialized enclosures, machined components and low-volume production hardware.

Over time, that work became AM Kreations: a place for the projects that don’t fit neatly into a conventional engineering firm, machine shop or fabrication house.
